FOOTPRINT REDUCTION?

A voluntary carbon reduction is designed for people or companies who want to go beyond their obligations (Mexico is in the pilot stage of the carbon market system).

It is the perfect option for people or companies to reduce their emissions in full or in part, achieving mitigation through the regeneration of forests, and (US –based people or companies) can receive a tax refundable receipt from Viva Sierra Gorda.

Under this carbon reductions program, the client is in contact directly with Grup0 Ecológico Sierra Gorda I.A.P. or via the Carbon Neutral Planet website, where they can calculate their carbon emissions and, choose the quantity of tons to mitigate.  Your donation translates directly into financing for carbon capture through forest growth in a tangible way., this is a tax deductible donation and in return a personalized certificate.

Voluntary carbon emissions offsets should be developed in conjunction with the reduction of overall emissions, including changing habits, which the client can incorporate into their activities as part of their goal of achieving net zero emissions.

When you make the donation to offset the carbon footprint of your business here, the tax deductible receipt is emitted by Viva Sierra Gorda, a project of Earth Island Institute in the USA.

Voluntary mitigation does not substitute legal obligations, and cannot be used for commitments to reduce carbon emissions stipulated as legally binding.
